Since I am still suffering from Vertigo, my workout plan is going to be very light.
Today I am going to try some Pilates, maybe just 20mins to see how the dizziness goes.
Tomorrow I am going to do some upper body with weights, can't really stand yet for long periods. Maybe a bit more Pilates, which I love.
Saturday if all goes well, i will do a short 4k run, slow, with the beginner group....Sunday no exercise.
Sheree I had no idea about the vertigo - that's rough. I hope you're feeling better soon and it doesn't last long. Take good care of yourself and don't push yourself too hard!!!
