Day One -
Breakfast - Organic Oatmeal, blueberries, milk, flax seed and hemp hearts....starving an hour later.
Snack - egg white and oatmeal pancake...yummy
Lunch - Cucumber and lite cream cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread.
Snack - carrots, 10 almonds.
Apple
Dinner - Chicken Breast, skinless, steamed potatoes and carrots, just a touch of butter - full after Dinner
Snack, 1/2 banana
4 glasses of water.
No exercise as I am sick,
